The session is crafted to relax participants and combine musical artistry with ancient sound healing traditions. Valeria who leads the session is an accomplished harpist with over 20 years of classical training from the Royal College of Music and I am also a trained sound healer.
A typical session lasts 60 minutes, starting with an introduction, followed by an optional breath-work. As participants recline comfortably, the session features Himalayan Singing Bowls, a Tibetan Gong, Rain Sticks, a Sea Drum and the unique addition of a Concert Harp—a signature element of the Sound Healing London practice.
Before buying this gift, please do note that sound healing is not recommended for anybody who is pregnant or for anybody that has a pacemaker. Gift cards expire 1 year from date of purchase so please do use before then and can be used immediately. Gift cards cannot be refunded.
